This incident has been resolved has been confirmed to originate within the customer's network security controls

Hyland has isolated the issue to a point outside of Hyland’s environment. Initial analysis indicates that packets may be dropping somewhere along the external internet path. The MEL datacenter issue has been isolated and is not related to the issue observed in SYD. Our teams are continuing to monitor and analyze the pattern, and we will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
