Service for the SIN PoP has remained stable. At this time this incident is being considered resolved.

We have identified the source of the issue in the data center. Technical teams are working on a fix.

We have discovered a service disruption that affected the Singapore (SIN) PoP which may have resulted in customers experiencing a loss of connectivity to services as traffic automatically rerouted to redundant PoPs. Teams are working to implement remedial measures and we are continuing to monitor in order to ensure that stability and traffic returns to the PoP.
