[INC-375] ISP Connectivity Degradation Across Multiple PoPs

Service from our upstream ISP has been resolved and traffic has been restored. Multiple PoP locations previously affected has remained stable and functioning normally. At this time this incident is considered resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

We have shifted traffic away from the ISP and on to redundant paths. We are monitoring to ensure continued stability. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.

After receiving multiple monitoring alerts from remote Internet test nodes, we have learned from one of our upstream ISPs that they are experiencing multiple incidents throughout their network. We are proactively shifting traffic away from that ISP and on to redundant paths. As a result some customers may experience increased latency or sub-optimal routing as traffic shifts to alternate network paths. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that our service remains available to our customers and perform additional routing adjustments as may be necessary throughout the course of this incident.
