We are currently experiencing issues with multiple choice dropdown fields in our Slack forms. This affects declaring or updating incidents via Slack. Single-select fields continue to work as expected, and incident workflows remain available through our web dashboard at http://app.incident.io: http://app.incident.io/. Our investigation indicates this is due to a Slack frontend bug, which is causing required fields to be missing from Slack's API requests. We have reported the issue to Slack and are monitoring for updates from their team. As a workaround, if you encounter problems with dropdowns in Slack, please use the web dashboard to declare or update incidents. The Slack mobile app also appears unaffected. We will provide further updates as soon as we learn more.
