Intermittent errors from PagerDuty

We're still processing a backlog of alert events as PagerDuty continues to deliver previously missed alerts. You may still notice ongoing delays in receiving alerts and pages via PagerDuty until the backlog is fully cleared.

We'll provide another update once all events have been processed and service is fully restored to normal operation.

Events from PagerDuty are now being received, and their API appears to be recovering. You may receive alerts with a significant delay.

We are continuing to monitor our systems as we work through the backlog of events from PagerDuty.

We’re continuing to monitor the situation. We're still observing no events received from PagerDuty, and increased error rates on API calls.

We’re still monitoring and there’s no change. Events from PagerDuty are not being delivered to incident.io, so alerts from them continue to be affected for all customers. Our manual testing on PagerDuty’s platform confirms that pages are also not being sent.

We're still seeing issues and continue to monitor. Currently, no events are being received from PagerDuty, which means alerts are not reaching incident.io for any customers. This is consistent with PagerDuty’s update indicating issues with incident creation.

We're seeing some intermittent errors from PagerDuty which is impacting our integration with them. We're investigating the issue and will provide updates as we have them.
