We have identified login issues in US East 4 pod. Users may not be able to be able to login with a 503 error, or the page may not be rendering. Secure Agents may be impacted and tasks may have failed. We are investigating the issue and will keep the status page updated. Next update by 4 PM PT. CTP-270915

This incident has been resolved.

The issue is resolved as of 3:07 PM PT. Login, Secure Agents, and Tasks have been operating normally.
However, Tasks and Secure agents may have run into errors between 2:30 PM - 3:07 PM PT.

The Secure Agents impacted by the incident would have recovered from the connectivity issue and automatically reconnected.
If you see any secure agent issues, please restart the Secure Agent service. If the issue persists, please contact Informatica Global Customer Support.
 
We continue to monitor the services. Currently, all services are operating normally.
