Monitoring indicates that the issue has been resolved, and we have therefore decided to close the incident report.

Grundfelet har nu rättats hos Telenor. Det går nu att utföra all abonnemangshantering utan problem igen. Rättningen implementerades runt 01:30-02:00 utan några följdfel. Den köbildning som hade skapats med simkotsbyten/nummerbyten & porteringar under störningens gång har också processats. Vi kommer övervaka tjänsten under morgonen för att säkerställa allt fortsatt fungerar som det skall.

The root issue has now been resolved at Telenor. It is now possible to carry out all subscription management without any problems. The fix was implemented around 01:30–02:00 without any side effects. The backlog built up with SIM card changes, number changes, and portings during the outage has now also been processed. We will monitor the service throughout the morning to ensure that everything continues to function as it should.

Grundfelet är lokaliserat & en rättning är redo att implementeras. Detta kommer ske under kvällen/natten för att minska risken för ytterligare följdfel. Den köbildning som skapats under störningen kommer att köras igenom efter att rättningen är implementerad.

The root issue has been identified, and a fix is ready to be implemented. This will take place during the evening/night to minimize the risk of further consequential errors. The backlog that has accumulated during the disruption will be processed after the fix is implemented.
