EchoVideo - Media Processing Delays (US)

Echo360 has identified that the ongoing AWS us-east-1 region outage is intermittently impacting video processing causing some users in the U.S. East region to experience delays.
We are actively monitoring AWS recovery efforts and exploring internal mitigations where possible. Echo360 will continue to provide updates here as more information becomes available or as services recover.

AWS has confirmed ongoing network connectivity issues in the us-east-1 region, impacting services such as DynamoDB, SQS, and Amazon Connect. These disruptions have been traced back to the EC2 internal network, and AWS engineers are continuing to investigate and identify mitigation strategies. As of this update, we continue to see challenges with with media processing and have also identified that EchoVideo live streaming services are being impacted.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates as AWS makes progress toward a full recovery.

We are seeing significant improvements in service stability as AWS continues to roll out mitigations across the us-east-1 region. Internal EC2 systems are beginning to recover in several Availability Zones, and error rates are steadily declining.
We are not yet seeing full recovery across all impacted services. Some EchoVideo services, including live streaming and media processing, may still experience intermittent disruptions as AWS completes its restoration efforts.
