Degraded Performance - Livestreams - US Region

We are currently investigating degraded performance affecting a limited number of customers who use Livestreaming in the U.S. region.

Impact: Some live streams may display a “Waiting for livestream” message instead of connecting successfully. This issue is intermittent and does not affect all live streams.

Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

We will provide another update as soon as more information is available.

This issue remains limited to livestreams that were scheduled prior to today's deployment. As part of the remediation, our systems will automatically recalculate existing livestream schedules. No action is required from customers.
