We have completed the emergency maintenance on the Insurity Claims XPress application and have restored service as of 15:00 EST.
Please note that at this time, there are no further update planned on this incident. We will however communicate per our standard incident management practices if required.

The following is an important message from Insurity Customer Support.
We are currently performing emergency maintenance on the Insurity Claims XPress application. As a result, the application has been taken offline while Insurity Cloud Operations works to complete the maintenance and restoring service.
As of 11:30 EST, Insurity Cloud Operations is continuing the perform the emergency maintenance. There is no ETA as to when the application will be fully operational.
The best method to track the status of the Insurity Claims XPress application will continue to be through this status page.
