Managed Backup Service Restrictions

We have not seen any further issues since the fix.

(If in doubt, log out and clear cache/cookies before reopening the Acronis Backup web console).

A fix has been implemented. We're monitoring the results.

Note: If you receive an "SSO" error, please log out of the DCD and log in again.
If in doubt, clear your cache/cookies to flush the "single sign on" cookie.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Currently, you can log in directly to backup.ionos.com with your backup unit name and the password you have set for the backup unit.

Note: Clicking on the backup unit console icon in DCD is not yet possible. You will get an SSO error - we're working on a solution.

We are currently investigating a problem with our Managed Backup service.

While existing backup plans are not affected, it is currently not possible to use the backup console.

We will inform you as soon as the functionality has been restored.
