Major Disruption impacting multiple Services

Users are reporting they are able to login to RQ however we are still seeing services within RQ that are impacted such as Carrier Integration. We are working to mitigate the impact on these servers. More updates to follow.

We have failed over the majority of affected services to our East region and are seeing continued improvement. A small number of remaining services are pending a database issue resolution before their failover can be completed, and we will share updates as progress continues.
