Dear Iristel Customers,

We have been notified by our transit carrier that an ongoing wildfire near Fort Simpson, Northwest Territories, may cause connectivity disruptions to our fiber link affecting Norman Wells and Inuvik (NWT).

At this time, the fire poses a potential risk to the infrastructure, but no damage has occurred. All services remain fully operational.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
