Island Outage History

The Island Management Console experienced an issue that prevented customers from applying policy changes across EU, US, and UK regions for 14 minutes. The engineering team identified the root cause and implemented a corrective change to resolve the problem. Policy updates are now functioning normally and the system is being monitored for stability.

Some users experienced intermittent login errors when attempting to access the Island Browser or Island Management Console across US, EU, and UK regions for 21 minutes. Users who were already logged in remained unaffected and could continue working normally throughout the incident. The issue was resolved by implementing a corrective change to address the underlying cause, restoring login functionality for all affected users.

An issue with a third-party data processing provider caused degraded analytics visibility in the Management Console for UK region customers, preventing certain data and analytics from displaying properly. The incident lasted 1.8 hours and affected only the UK Management Console while all other services remained fully operational. The visibility issue was resolved with all data now displaying as expected and no data loss occurred.
