The Ivanti Cloud IRW production environment experienced intermittent 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable errors affecting Service Manager/Asset Manager for 52.5 hours, impacting a subset of tenants with connection timeouts and service disruptions. The issue was resolved through mitigation deployments and emergency maintenance, with engineers allocating additional resources and implementing changes to stabilize the environment and restore normal performance.
This issue has now been resolved. Although we are closing the current issue, our teams will continue to closely monitor the performance of the environment and will engage quickly if there are any signs of recurrence.
