We are currently investigating an issue with payment collection for offline methods, such as cash and check payments. Jobber Payments is not impacted. In the meantime, we recommend using the Jobber app as a workaround. We’ll provide an update as soon as we have more information. We understand how important it is for Jobber to run smoothly for your business, and we greatly appreciate your patience.

We have fully investigated, and are no longer experiencing issues with payment collection.

Our Engineering team is actively discussing how to prevent future disruptions similar to this one.
