Elevated API Errors

This incident has been resolved.

Database cluster capacity continues to increase, and latency in our EU region has begun to return to normal levels. We are continuing to monitor before marking this as resolved.

We have identified the cause as capacity constraints on a backend database serving our EU region, resulting in elevated latency and intermittent errors on consent read and write requests. We are increasing capacity and expect gradual improvement.

We are investigating elevated latency and intermittent errors affecting consent API requests in our EU (Frankfurt) region. We are increasing database capacity and will provide an update shortly.
