We have identified an issue affecting the ingestion of YouTube video metrics.
Just before the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday, we began experiencing delays in receiving metrics from YouTube. Initially, the delay was approximately five days; however, throughout December the delay has increased, and we have not received updated view or engagement metrics for any videos ingested since December 1.
This interruption is the result of API rate limits imposed by YouTube. Our team is actively working on mitigation strategies and is engaging with the appropriate partners to restore normal ingestion as quickly as possible.
We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work toward resolution.
