On Friday, January 2nd, 2026, we identified an issue in which our data provider, IQData, began returning corrupted TikTok video files. The issue appears to have started on December 31, 2025.
We immediately contacted IQData to report the problem and continued to monitor the situation over the weekend.
As of today, we are still receiving corrupted video files. Our team is actively working on a workaround and will continue to provide updates through this channel as more information becomes available.
