We’re aware that some customers have experienced delays sending and receiving email today. This was caused by a fault on part of our mail filtering platform, which affects shared and reseller hosting and customers using our spam filtering service.
Our engineers have stabilised the platform and delayed mail is now being delivered. We’re continuing to monitor it closely and will update this page when we’re confident it is fully resolved.
There’s no need to contact us about delayed email. We’re sorry for the disruption this has caused.
