Laserfiche Cloud experienced a major incident where users could not view content in the Home section pages, with Process Automation components being affected. The issue was resolved after 2.4 hours by implementing a change that required users to log out, clear their browser cache, and log back in. The incident was fully resolved and monitoring confirmed the fix was effective.
