Our Network team is aware of reports of a connectivity issue to SAO1 and SAO2 servers.
It has been identified that the Tier 1 ISP Cirion is facing an issue in its network, which is causing reachability issues for a variety of networks across the globe.
We've removed our traffic from our Cirion circuit and will keep monitoring the traffic.
