Laurel web app failing to load

All systems are back to normal. The activity backlog has cleared and activities are populating at normal speed (median <30 seconds). The web app has been stable since ~3:40 PM ET. We'll keep this incident in monitoring until tomorrow out of caution.

The Laurel web app is loading normally again and the UI is stable.
