Intermittent issues impacting Lever Hire

The issue where 500 errors were populating when attempting to access Lever has been resolved. The incident occurred from 9:10 am Pacific time through approximately 9:30 am Pacific time. Currently, full access to the Lever platform should be restored. A fix has been implemented for the issue causing 500 errors. Customers should now be able to access the candidate pipelines as well as the postings pages in Lever. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.
