Intermittent issues impacting candidate pipeline page

The issue with 500 errors for some users accessing the 'candidates' tab has been resolved. The incident occurred from 8 am Pacific time until 9 am Pacific time. No further action will be required from impacted users to have restored functionality. A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting the candidate pipeline tab in Lever. Issues impacting access to the hire.lever.co/candidates were noticed around 8 am Pacific time. Users may intermittently experience 500 errors when navigating to the candidate pipeline page. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
