Unable to approve Sky API trial requests

We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing the approval of Cirium Sky API trial requests submitted via https://my.cirium.com/explore-cirium-products/sky-api-trial. Once the issue is resolved, we will work through the backlog of requests, with approved trials running for 14 days from the data of approval, not the date of request.
