This incident has been resolved. All affected datasets have been republished and are up to date. Please accept our apologies for any disruption caused and contact the Helpdesk should you have any questions.

Sky Warehouse Schedule data has been successfully reloaded as of 19:37 UTC on Monday, 28th of September and is now available. Our teams are continuing to validate and confirm that updated data has been refreshed across Fleets, Ground Events, and Sky APIs. We will provide a further update once validation has been completed and the status of the remaining datasets has been confirmed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Updated affected service

Our engineers have identified the cause of the stale data and successfully tested a fix. We will advise when the affected datasets have been republished.

We are currently investigating a data publication issue resulting in stale Schedules, Fleets and Ground Events data, affecting queries from Saturday 25th September onwards.
