We have identified the issue at the UnderCity tower and have gotten the tower back online and charging batteries for it. We will monitor this tower for the next 24hrs.

We are aware of the tower being offline again, we are doing what we can to get it restored again.

We were able to get a tech on site and he was able to get the tower back online with a generator. We will watch it through out the next 24hrs.

We believe we have identified the issue with the tower, due to its remote location we weren't able to get a tech on site last night as the storm and the dark created safety concerns. We are unable to drive up to the tower due to all the mud so we have a tech preparing to hike up to the tower to confirm the issue.
