We have found the issue and implemented the fix, we have reached out to several customers that reached out this morning and they are all back up and working. We will keep this status page open for 24hrs and we will be watching this closely, we are also going to be scheduling in the near future a router replacement on this tower as we believe the router is starting to slowly go bad on the tower.
