Incident Report

Dear DDM Company Admin, What is this notification about? This notice is to advise you that following the implementation of the DDM Data Archiving solution on Friday 12th December, CTI have identified some contracts that have been incorrectly set to Soft Archive. While CTI investigate the issue, they have confirmed they will roll out a fix tonight (Tuesday 16th December) to unarchive all contracts set to soft archive. They will then look to reintroduce the archiving solution in the New Year. How does it impact me? All contracts set to soft archive as part of the implementation on 12th December will be reversed. CTI recommends not using the ‘Archived’ checkbox until a fix is delivered in the New Year. Kindly note using this option will trigger notification emails to the intended recipients. What action must I take? Please cascade this information to the DDM and Data Extract users within your organisation.
