Inaccessibility of recordings due to issues from our provider

Following our monitoring over the past minutes, we can confirm that users should no longer have any further issues to this end.

Our provider has now confirmed that the minor downtime was a part of their routine maintenance which led to a negative impact on the recording performance. This maintenance has now been completed on their end and users should normally no longer face any further issues to this end.

We're actively monitoring the situation to ensure that no further impact is noticeable on the events.

Our replay provider is currently facing an issue and are actively investigating it. As a result, users may experiences issues with having their events recorded within Livestorm. We've switched to our fallback for recordings which would allow for the recording of the camera streams in the meantime, as we continue to work with our provider to ensure a speedy resolution of the issue on their end.
