We are currently investigating an issue affecting a small subset of inbound calls to UK numbers. In some cases, calls connect successfully but no audio is present, which may cause calls to disconnect shortly after being answered. We are working with the relevant carrier to identify the root cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available. A workaround has been deployed and calls are now routing successfully with audio. The issue appears to be isolated to a specific carrier in the UK.
