We are currently experiencing an issue with the latest version of our app on iOS that is preventing some customers from logging in using Face ID.
Our team is working on a fix, but in the meantime, you can regain access by turning off Face ID for Lunar in your phone’s settings:
Settings > Apps > Lunar > Turn off Face ID
We will keep you updated as we gather more information.

We have implemented a fix and are now waiting for Apple to review our request. Once approved, customers will be able to install the new update to resolve the issue.
At this time, the update has not yet been approved, but we are awaiting confirmation.
