Delayed Transfers

Our banking infrastructure partner is still experiencing issues.

We have identified additional ways this affects our services, which are detailed in the list below.

Unfortunately, we have no updates regarding the resolution, but our partner has confirmed they are doing everything they can to resolve this problem as quickly as possible, and it remains their highest priority.

We are in close dialogue with them and will keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available.

Impact list:

• Transfers to a Lunar account are delayed
• Transfers from a Lunar account to another bank are delayed
• Transfers made between internal bank accounts in Lunar are delayed
• MobilePay transfers are delayed
• Creation of a new customer account is delayed
• Crypto transfers are delayed
• Betalingsservice agreements may fail, or cannot be rejected or canceled

Our banking infrastructure partner is currently experiencing technical issues, which means some customers will see delays on incoming, outgoing, and internal transfers.

Money may take longer than usual to arrive. This is caused by an issue on our external banking infrastructure partner's side and is not caused by anything on our end.

We will ensure your money is credited to your account as soon as the issue is resolved.
