We are currently investigating an issue causing delayed balance updates for some customers. We are working on this as a priority and will provide updates as soon as possible.

We have resolved this issue and are seeing no further impact, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have pushed out a fix for this and the exchange is operating as expected, we are currently working to correct a small number of customer accounts that have a discrepancy in their balance and we are continuing to monitor our systems.

We have identified the cause of this issue and are working on a fix, some customers may temporarily be unable to cancel orders.
