Scheduled Maintenance: Luno Exchange, Instant Buy & Sell, Luno Pay Maintenance Period

Luno will undergo scheduled database maintenance to perform essential infrastructure upgrades. This maintenance is necessary to ensure system integrity and continue providing optimal service to our customers.  During this period, the Luno exchange will operate with limited functionality, our Instant Buy & Sell service and Luno Pay functionality will be interrupted. Impact on Trading on the Exchange During the maintenance window, the exchange will be placed in Maintenance mode. This means: - You cannot place any orders on the exchange via the Website, Apps or API. - Existing open orders will remain in the order book. - No new trades will be executed during this period. Impact on Instant Buy & Sell During the maintenance window, the buy/sell functionality on all platforms may be down intermittently. This means: - You will not be able to request quotes to buy or sell crypto - You will not be able to accept quotes to execute the buying or selling of crypto. Impact on Luno Pay During the maintenance window, the Luno Pay functionality on all platforms may be down intermittently. This means: - Customers attempting to use Luno Pay during the maintenance period will receive an error message.  Delayed Balance Updates During the maintenance window, customers may experience balance update delays after buying/selling/sending/receiving/depositing/withdrawing. Balances will display correctly again after the maintenance window.
