Please note that April 3rd is a public holiday in South Africa, during which banks do not process any payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno sent to banks won’t be processed until April 4th.
The delay only applies to ZAR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals will be processed as usual in accordance with our service level agreements.
