We have identified the root cause of this incident: Indeed recently changed the format of their email notifications for some customers. As a result, candidate application emails are no longer sent in the same format.
This issue only affects clients using Job Board Connect to source candidates from Indeed (https://support.manatal.com/docs/publish-your-job-opening-in-job-boards#how-to-receive-applications-from-indeed). This is because job applications may not be created properly for all use cases. We strongly recommend Posting Jobs on Indeed (https://support.manatal.com/docs/posting-jobs-on-indeed) directly using our integration instead.
