[PRODUCTION] Disturbance on payments (PSP brick)

You may have experienced an increase of : - "PSP Technical Error" / 009199 - "PSP configuration error" / 01109 - "Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication session has expired" / 101304 - "User has let the payment session expire without paying" / 001034 - "User has not been redirected then the payment session has expired" / 001033 - "Generic Operation error" / 001999 On payments yesterday, the 12/12 from 15:00 PM UTC to 23:00 PM UTC. These disturbances are due to an issue with our PSP component. • Who is affected: Anyone on the PRODUCTION environment. • Payment types affected: - Web payments / direct / preauthorization - CB_VISA_MASTERCARD / MAESTRO & BCMC / IDEAL / SOFORT - Currency : EUR / GBP - All countries A fix has been implemented on our PSP side and the error rate is back to normal since 23:00 PM UTC 12/12. We will keep you informed.
