We have received intermittent reports of a subset of customers' flows not completing as expected due to this disruption. We have identified the issue and are working with downstream carries to resolve as soon as possible.

The team has identified the issue with one of our providers and has confirmed that all traffic is routing through backup providers as expected. All calls are completing successfully.
