After a thorough investigation with the Meta team, we have confirmed that this issue has had no impact on customers. Currently, both Bird and Meta WhatsApp sign-ups are functioning smoothly. If any issues arise, we will promptly update the status page.
We are aware of issues occurring during sign-in via the Meta embedded pop-up when creating a new WhatsApp channel. We have reported this to Meta and are working closely with them to resolve the problem. WhatsApp channel installation can not be completed at this time.
