User impact: Users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services in New Zealand.
Current status: Our service availability is continuing to recover for the majority of users. However, we've identified a small subset of users experiencing residual impact, and we're applying targeted solutions to provide relief. In parallel, our investigation into what initially caused this issue are ongoing.

Current status: We’ve rerouted network traffic to alternate infrastructure and are seeing improvements in service availability. We’ll continue to closely monitor telemetry as we work to identify the underlying cause of the network issue.

User impact: Users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services in New Zealand.
Current status: We're receiving reports of an issue where users in New Zealand are unable to access Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams. We suspect that a networking issue is causing access issues to the aforementioned services and are working to reroute service traffic to healthy infrastructure to resolve this issue.
