Current status: Service availability continues to improve steadily, and the backlog of messages is being processed. We’re actively monitoring service telemetry to ensure a complete recovery.

Current status: We’ve confirmed the revert of our change in combination with manual restarts of affected infrastructure to expedite recovery has been successful. We’ll continue to apply these targeted restarts as we continue to monitor the service health for recovery.

Current status: We’ve identified a portion of infrastructure responsible for processing request flow traffic isn't operating at expected thresholds in our Outlook and OneDrive services. We’ve identified a potential configuration change that could be attributing to the cause of impact. We’ve reverted this change and are monitoring the service to confirm if this helps alleviate impact.
