We've isolated a recently implemented change which is resulting in the presence status for users to be unviewable. We're rolling back the offending change, and we anticipate this process to be completed by the time of our next scheduled update.

Current status: We're analyzing returned connection errors in the code path utilized to confirm the presence status of users in Teams Free. This analysis will help us to isolate potential discrepancies to confirm the underlying root cause of impact and to determine our next troubleshooting actions.

Current status: We've received reports from a subset of Teams Free users who are unable to see other users’ presence status. We're analyzing reproductions of impact to further our understanding of the current impact scenario and to determine our subsequent troubleshooting steps.
