User impact: Users may experience issues with one or more Microsoft 365 services.

More info: Affected users may be unable to access the following Microsoft 365 services:
- Microsoft Teams
- Exchange Online and Outlook

Additionally, users may experience the following impact scenarios:
- Office 365 and Outlook connectors are unable to run flows or solutions within Microsoft Power Platform and Logic Apps.

Current status: We’ve reverted the code change and have confirmed that the service has returned to a healthy state. We’ve entered a period of extended monitoring to ensure that the service remains stable, and to address any outstanding impact to other Microsoft 365 services.

Scope of impact: Users attempting to access one or more Microsoft 365 services may be impacted.

Root Cause: A recent update to our authentication systems contained a code issue, resulting in impact.

Additionally, users may experience the following impact scenarios:

Current status: We've identified a recent code change to a portion of service infrastructure that we suspect is causing impact. We've reverted the code change, and we're monitoring service health telemetry to confirm if the reversion is returning service to expected functionality.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to access one or more Microsoft 365 services may be impacted.
