User impact: Admins may be unable to access the Exchange admin center (EAC).

More info: Admins may receive the following error "HTTP Error 500".

As a workaround, we've confirmed admins are able to access the EAC using https://admin.cloud.microsoft/exchange#/.

Current status: We've identified a potential authentication issue in a specific URL path that is resulting in impact. We've deployed a configuration change to re-direct the impacted URL traffic to a working URL and are monitoring telemetry to confirm mitigation.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any admin accessing the Exchange admin center.

Current status: We’re currently investigating routing logs to identify the root cause as well as testing a potential mitigation by re-routing user requests to working URLs.

Scope of impact: The scope is under investigation, but at this time appears to be a global issue.

We've received reports that admins are able to access the EAC using https://admin.cloud.microsoft/exchange#/ as a workaround. We're still verifying this and will provide validation on this shortly.

Current status: We've identified increases in error spikes and are investigating these further. Additionally, we're reviewing recent changes made to the service as a potential root cause.

Scope of impact: The scope is under investigation, but at this time appears to be a global issue.
