Title: Some users are unable to access root site pages in SharePoint Online
User impact: Users are unable to access root site pages in SharePoint Online.
Current status: We've identified that a dependent site is in a locked state, which is causing impact to occur. We're reaching out to some affected users to assist in unlocking the site to remediate impact. In the meantime, we're continuing to review recent changes to determine what caused the site to become locked.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
