Current status: We're continuing our review of recent service changes and updates for timelines correlating with the impact to aid in our efforts to identify the underlying cause of the impact.

User impact: Users may be unable to search or see free/busy status of others in, or connect to classic Outlook desktop client.

More info: Affected users also may be unable to set their Out of Office (OOF) status.

Current status: We've identified multiple additional impacted scenarios, and our investigation has led us to suspect that several Exchange Online endpoint URLs are missing, which is resulting in the impact. We've updated the Title, User Impact, and More info sections to reflect this as we continue our investigation, expanding to review recent changes and updates to isolate the root cause of impact.
