Current status: We’ve identified that an increase in requests routed through the affected infrastructure is causing the observed impact. Monitoring shows the service is returning to normal health as request volumes decrease. We're continuing to closely monitor telemetry to confirm stability and ensure the issue does not reoccur.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users located in Germany, attempting to load, send and receive emails in the Outlook desktop client or Outlook on the web.
