We are aware that US hosted customers with Mimecast ID’s that begin with “01-0071” may be experiencing degraded service, including intermittent access to Mimecast administrative tools and user based functionality. Email processing may also be delayed. Other US-hosted customers are not impacted by this incident. We will post further updates as they are available.

We are aware that US-hosted customers with Mimecast IDs beginning with 01-0071 are continuing to experience issues accessing Mimecast applications and services. We are investigating and are taking steps to mitigate this behavior. We will post further updates as they are available. Note that other US-hosted customers are not impacted by this incident.

We continue to investigate and take steps to mitigate the behavior that US-hosted customers with Mimecast IDs beginning with 01-0071 have been experiencing, and have observed improvements in application performance and service availability. Impacted customers may still experience issues accessing our Awareness Training service, and we will post further updates as they are available. Note that other US-hosted customers are not impacted by this incident.

We can confirm that administrative access, user applications, and email processing are now functioning normally for US-hosted customers with Mimecast IDs beginning with 01-0071. Customers may still experience issues accessing our Awareness Training service. We continue to investigate, and will post further updates as they become available. Note that other US-hosted customers are not impacted by this incident.

We can confirm that administrative access, user applications, and email processing are functioning normally for US-hosted customers with Mimecast IDs beginning with 01-0071. While administrators may still be experiencing issues accessing our Awareness Training service, end users are able to access the platform normally. We continue to investigate and will post further updates as they become available. Note that other US-hosted customers are not impacted by this incident.

We can confirm that services have been restored for US-hosted customers with Mimecast IDs beginning with 01-0071. We are closely monitoring performance and will work to address and mitigate any further accessibility issues with our Awareness Training service.
